The stars of “Takers,” T.I. and Idris Elba, recently stopped by RadioOne’s DMV-area studios to promote the upcoming movie. The Charlotte event is Aug. 17 at the EpiCentre. Elba is scheduled to be there. The event is at capacity, but My92.7.com will cover it so you can see what you missed.

WKYS held it’s exclusive D.C. red carpet premiere of the much buzzed about heist movie Takers last night. The film’s stars T.I. and Idris Elba came through to show love as well as other celebrities such as NBA players Caron Butlers and Andray Blatche, and even Chris Brown’s mom made an appearance.
Russ Parr and Alfredas caught up with T.I. on the red carpet to ask the rapper about the his acting methods and how he doesn’t ever hook Russ up with free clothes.
