Radio-One Inc. Station, WQNC/MY 92.7, welcomed Charlotte’s own, Cannon, Patrick D. that is, to the Charlotte airwaves as host of the Public Affairs show, “Aiming with Cannon Live!”
A graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a degree in Communications/Business Marketing, Cannon a, native Charlottean, is no stranger to the community. He became the youngest City official elected at the age of 26 to serve on the Charlotte City Council. After serving six consecutive terms on the council as both a one time district/ward representative and Mayor Pro-Tem, he took some time off and has now reengaged as the “People’s Choice” for what is his seventh term in office as a City Councilman At-Large. In his position, he has the opportunity to focus on his primary goal…serving the community!
