Regina King’s royal status may not have been acquired at birth, but true sovereign standing is 50/50: confidence and conviction. King has proven time and time again that tenacity, staying true to one’s beliefs and smart decisions are keys to real kingdom come. She juggles many hats: mom, philanthropist, and actress. It’s apparent. Regina is Queen and has the credentials to prove it.

If being a self-sufficient, no tolerance for ignorance- woman was the new “thing” for 2010, Regina King has it locked down. Standing at 5’3”, she is often shorter than her co-stars but don’t get it twisted, this compact spitfire wears the pants on and off-screen, no exceptions. King reveals her feelings towards NBC, the return of the Boondocks and why black girls are “gnarley.”
